ACS have a selected range of Clutch Guide Tubes (Clutch Release Bearing Slide) to suit certain models.

The Tubes have been designed and developed to suit models where input shaft wear is prone, with particular models the input shaft nose cone cannot be seperated from the gearbox and a complete front assembly of the gearbox is required to rectify this.

To avoid high replacement costs and inconvenience, ACS have designed a sleeve to slide over the nose cone, this will allow the thrust bearing to actuate the clutch effectively and without any cause for release or operation issues.

Failure to replace or fit the Clutch Guide Tube where an input shaft is showing signs of excessive wear can cause incorrect operation of clutch or in some cases clutch or bearing failure.
